November Events


On November 1, several students dressed up as saints for All Saints Day.

Many of the students greeted their classmates and their family members in the morning.



At the end of each month, students bring in "Bag-A-Breakfasts".

This program, started by the Happy Helpers, provides breakfasts for homeless Marylanders.

The Student Council collects the breakfasts, and gets them ready for transport.


The NJHS had a collection of items that will be sent to our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The NJHS has morning prayer services each day during Advent.


Student Council members participate in the Pasadena Business Association Parade.





Sammy the Saver visits the 2nd grade to teach the children how important it is to save money.




Mr. Barry set up his mobile planetarium in the Hall so that students could learn about the stars.



The power went out in the middle of one of the presentations, but 4th and 8th grade students were able to see the show later in the day.
