HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR

Students in grade 8 had a special assembly.  Dr. Joseph Taler who currently lives in Annapolis is a Holocaust Survivor.   He told his life story to students and brought photos and memorbilia. These photos show some of the fake papers he and his mom and dad used during that period.  Out of his extended family of 50 only five survived.  Dr. Taler married and brought his wife to the US and later brought his mom and dad here too.  He became a physican in our area and even made house calls to Riviera Beach.  He has published two books: In Search of Heroes--found in AACO. library or Enoch Pratt and just recently published from Desktop Publishing --Polish Indians and Short Stories. What an interesting and infomative presentation.
