St. Jane Frances de Chantal School--Pasadena, Maryland USA

  

St. Jane is a coed Pre-K-8 Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Maryland. Our program, which is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, includes 3- and 4-year-old Pre-Kindergarten and full-day kindergarten.  We are also one of only three schools in the Archdiocese to offer PRIDE services for students with identified learning disabilities. St. Jane is located in northeastern Anne Arundel County just south of Baltimore City--a short ride from both the Annapolis area and from Washington, D.C. Youth Ministry
Hello Junior High!

I am sure everyone is getting excited about the ending of the school year!!!

As the school year is ending there are a few closing events of the year!!

Be sure to mark these events down!

1. THIS FRIDAY, May 9th from 7-9pm in the Parish Center. Junior High Drop

In. It is Movie and game night! Bring a friend! Food will be provided!

Parents will be needed.

2. LAST Junior High Dance of the year! Friday, May 16th from 7-10pm in the

School Hall. Don't miss out! $5.00 admission. Please ask your parents to

chaperone! We will need 8-10 in order to have a dance!

Well I hope that you are having a great week! I hope to see you Friday at

youth group!

The Yankee Candle order is due to arrive on Thursday, May 8.  Please be prepared to have someone pick up your order at the end of the school day.  If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Walker, FSA President.

 

 

Sign up at Search and Give to support our school!  Microsoft and Scholastic have teamed up to help schools earn money when you search on the Internet.  Any questions can be referred to Mrs. Schreiber.

As of 4/23/08, we have 1400 points for SJF.  Good job!  Consider signing up, if possible.

Science Club News

Next aluminum can recycle date: May 14, 2008 Club date: May 15, 2008 Also, thank you to everyone who brought in cans to recycle this month. We collected 80 pounds of Aluminum and made $44.00. This brings our yearly total to 300 pounds of Al recycled and $145.55 made. Way to go S.J.F. community!

Ongoing Recycling Effort! We are collecting used inkjet cartridges, cell phones, and laser jet cartridges. Donations can be sent to school to Mrs. Schreiber's attention.
