Star Student

Every week the students will vote in a new star student based on the 7 pillars of character in our classroom. The student will then bring in a poster to share about themselves. This poster should include, but is not limited to:

· Recent picture of student and family

· Pets

· Favorite foods

· Favorite books

· Birthday

You may also include sports teams (professional or students) and anything else that makes your student unique. Any talents should also be included on the students poster. Since the students will pick the “Star” the Friday before, it may be a good idea to work on the poster now. Please try to send the poster in on the following Monday. I am also going to feature the student on the link to star student. There they will be “honored”. Students may also want to bring in an item to share with the class, sort of a show and tell. They do not have to do this, but it is an option. Every student will have the chance to be the star student. IF there are any other concerns about this please let me know! Thanks in advance!
