purchasing a Gift Card from our SCRIP Program in order to make your every day purchases,
such as groceries, gas, etc. St. Jane's receives a percentage of your purchased BACK
to our school, simply from using the gift card to make your purchase. Please
consider this as you are thinking about large household purchases as well, such as
washers, dryers etc. This has the potential to be the largest fundraiser at St. Jane's...

SKIP
Screening for Students PreK to Grade 2 Students
Parents....
please complete your SKIP screening. This is a wonderful way to gain resources for
our school, to better serve our student population. It is completely confidential.

SKIP (Screening Kids for
Intervention and Prevention) SKIP is a new screening program designed by the Archdiocese
of Baltimore for students PreK to Grade 2. SKIP assists in screening young children for
emotional, social and developmental delays that can interfere with learning. Parents will
be receiving a mailing from the archdiocese the week of Oct. 8 assigning a user name and
password. Parents are asked to go online after Oct. 21 to complete the SKIP questionnaire.

Classroom Volunteering
In order to help into any classroom, all
volunteers need to complete the STAND training offered through the Archdiocese of
Baltimore. All training is valid for 5 years. STAND training dates can be
found on the Archdiocese web site, www.archbalt.org
Training dates at SJF are as
follows:
First Tuesday of the month. All training will take place in the school
library from 7-9pm. Please contact Mrs. Cindy Weiland, at 410-255-4750, if you have
any further questions.
