October 8^th-31^st, 2007             Begin working on Title Page, Table of

Contents, Introduction, Hypothesis, Background Information, Materials, and Procedure

November 5^th,2007                 Rough Draft of Report due for 5^th

                                                grade.

November 5^th, 2007                 Rough Draft of Report due for 4^th

                                                grade.         

November 5^th-

December 3^rd, 2007                 Continue to work on Experiment,

                                                Results, Conclusions, and References.

                                                Backboard needs to be done before

                                                oral presentation at school.

December 3^rd –14^th, 2007        Oral Presentations during science class

January 10^th and 11^th, 2008   Science Fair at St. Jane Frances

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

·        The hypothesis should be written in complete sentences using the “If…then….because” format.

·        All reports must be typed using 12 or 14-point size and New Times Roman font only.

·         Most of the report should be written in complete sentences and/or  paragraphs and checked for spelling and grammar.   It counts.
